In early 2013, we had two clients whose house was foreclosed wrongly. They followed our advice and this has been an exciting month for our office. We were able to reverse two forclosures that went through.

We also had a client that was 21/2 year behind on their mortgage payment and was facing foreclosure. We were also able to save the home owner $180,000.00 by eliminating/ reducing their principal balance on a loan modification.
