Univision Tampa Bay’s Hispanic Academic All-Stars is a scholarship program that recognizes Tampa Bay Hispanic students who make a difference in their community while achieving academic growth and success.
One of the most serious issues facing Hispanics in America today is education. While more Hispanics are earning advanced degrees, young Hispanics need to be encouraged to further their education in institutions of higher learning. The Hispanic Academic All-Stars Scholarship Program was founded over twenty-seven years ago to focus on the importance of continued education.

About The Program
Univision Tampa Bay's Hispanic Academic All-Stars is a scholarship program that recognizes Tampa Bay Hispanic students who make a difference in their community while achieving academic growth and success.
Univision Tampa Bay in conjunction with several corporate sponsors will grant scholarships ranging from $1,500 - $2,500 to graduating Hispanic high school seniors who will begin attending college in the Fall of 2021.
May 15, 2021 is the deadline to apply.
Requirements
- Must be a high school senior (12th grade) and presently attending a school in the Tampa Bay Area.
- Must be Hispanic or of Hispanic descent.
- Must have maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA (unweighted). A sealed official high school transcript must be submitted as proof.
- Must be planning to attend a University or College Full-Time in Fall 2021.
- Submit your application and your essay answering the assigned essay question.
